Parker, Colorado is southeast of Denver and has grown from a small ranch-town into a booming community of traditional neighborhoods. Large parcels of land remain to this day undeveloped and/or owned by the original settlers of the town who use the land for ranches and grazing cattle. There are also multi-acre plots that have been purchased and subdivided that claim a Parker mailing address.

The yellow highlighted area represents an approximate boundary line of Parker. From Denver, access to and from Parker is available via Parker Road, Lincoln Blvd., which leads to I-25, and by the E-470 toll road. Jordan Road is also becoming a popular alternative for commuters needing to reach Arapahoe Road and the Denver Tech Center.
