Centennial real estate

The boundaries of Centennial, Colorado are a little difficult to define and it's very common to refer to Centennial as Littleton, Aurora or even Englewood! It's very important to note the distinction between east and west Centennial if you tell your Realtor® you are interested in living in Centennial because the communities of each side are very different from each other. The yellow highlighted area represents an approximate boundary line of Centennial and it virtually surrounds a small town called Foxfield. There are also tiny subdivisions within Centennial that still have a Littleton or Englewood mailing address.

One sort of quirky observation about Centennial...when the town incorporated in 2001 many residents in Littleton refused to change their mailing address because they wanted to continue to be known as living in Littleton. However, many residents in Aurora promptly and happily accepted the change because of some negative associations with the City of Aurora.
