The Knolls is a convenant-controlled neighborhood located at the Northwest corner of Colorado Blvd. and Dry Creek Road [Google map] in Centennial, Colorado. This use to be considered Littleton, Colorado until 2001 when the City of Centennial incorporated. The community includes 399 homes constructed in the early 1970s by Writer Homes (now part of Standard Pacific Homes) and Sanford Homes (now Beazer Homes).
As of January 2007, home prices in The Knolls range from the low $300's to the high $400's. Neighborhood ammenities include a community swimming pool, clubhouse, four very well maintained tennis courts, a playground, picnic area, and numerous greenbelts and trails including the Big Dry Creek trail that leads to the Highline Canal.
Students in The Knolls attend Sandberg Elementary, Issac Newton Middle School, and Arapahoe High School, all part of the highly-ranked Littleton Public School District.
