I will put you in touch with an experienced mortgage broker (if you haven't contacted one already) to get you on your way to obtaining mortgage pre-approval status, which will enable you to make a stronger offer on a home when we have found one that interest you.
I search the MLS several times per day, research and call For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings, routinely check foreclosures and homes that are headed toward foreclosure (pre-foreclosures found on a "notice of default" list that I receive each week), and stay up-to-date on new construction projects.
I will plan and schedule showings for you in the most efficient manner possible to save you time. This includes previewing properties so you only see homes that match your criteria and mapping properties before we get in the car to reduce drive time.
When you find a home that you think you might like to purchase, my experience and skills as an Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR) will be utilized to get you the best terms and price possible.
