• Most showings take place between 9am and 7pm
• I will meet or pick you up at a predetermined time & location
• In most cases, I will do all the driving
• I will have mapped out all of the homes we will see for the day to minimize drive time
• I'll provide a property summary report that list all the homes we will see with space for you to take notes
• Depending on drive time and location of the homes, we can typically fit 3 homes per hour into the schedule
• I usually bring a cooler with drinks but you may want to bring additional refreshments
• I always have maps available for you to reference but you may want to bring your own
• Wear comfortable, easy to remove shoes -- there is a lot of walking done when touring homes and some homes request that you remove your shoes
• When we find a home that you really like, we will schedule a time to return for a second look
