Yeah...moving day! Okay, this step of the buying process should be fairly straightforward. There will be a date in the sales contract that states when you can take possession of your new property. There probably is also a statement in that contract that defines what happens if the seller isn't moved out by that deadline (usually some sort of financial compensation).
Make certain you know this date. You don't want to show up ready to move in on Saturday morning only to realize that the seller has the legal right to use that entire day to move out.
I strongly suggest hiring a moving company or at the very least recruit as many people as you can find to help you move quickly and easily.

Order service with your phone company
Order service with your cable or satellite TV provider
Start service with your garbage company if the HOA doesn't do it
Most often your water/sewer service will be transfered into your name by the Title Company
