Coming soon!
1911 West Briarwood Avenue, Littleton, CO 80120 (map)

A fantastic remodeled home in the heart of Littleton, CO. Backing to Lee Gulch.

Every little detail has been taken care of, everything new! Hickory floors, granite countertops, new cabinets, new landscaping, new roof, new paint, and the list goes on and on. Tri-level with 2,005 square feet and another 702 square feet in the finished basement! 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs), 3 full bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 on the main level). Nearly a 1/3 of an acre overlooking Lee Gulch. Very private and quiet.

Homes backing to Lee Gulch rarely come on the market, buy this home BEFORE it hits the market! It's expected to be listed in about 3 weeks (early May) in the upper $400s but fast buyers might be able to get a deal. Contact me now to get the inside scoop!

Busy Spring...as always

You know how you can tell it's Spring in Colorado? No, it's not the robins appearing or the days when it's a blizzard in the morning and a sunny 60 degrees by noon, it's that people are back to the business of buying and selling homes!

Every year, no matter the condition of the real estate market, there always seems to be certain "bumps" in showing and listing activity.
1) After the superbowl / end of NFL season - I guess that since there's no football to watch people's attention turns to real estate.
2) Day light savings time begins - longer and warmer days lends to more showings
3) Memorial day - kids are out of school and buyers want to find the next home before the end of summer.

Homes sell all year long but no doubt Spring is one of the busiest times for full-time Realtors like myself and man do I love Springtime in Colorado!
