ConocoPhillips purchased Louisville StorageTek campus
Following up on my last blog posting about something big possibly coming to Denver. It was announced early this week that Oil giant ConocoPhillips was the company that purchased the former StorageTek campus in Louisville.
Any time a big company moves people to Colorado, it's a good thing. More people means more money for the economy and more homes will need to sell. I suspect the biggest benefit will go to the north side of Denver including Boulder and Broomfield.
