The importance of photos

As the old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. I real estate a picture could make a difference of thousands of dollars in the offers you receive.

The Denver MLS allows up to 10 photos to accompany the listing information, plus a virtual tour. If your realtor is listing your home with less than 10 photos, be sure to ask why. Sure, it could be because your property is a 1 bedroom condo, but don't forget photos of the surrounding areas, including the yard and even the street. You just never know what buyers might be looking for in the photo. I've had buyer's want to see a house just because of the mountain view they saw through a window of a photo of the master bedroom!
