Backcountry at Highlands Ranch |
The Backcountry neighborhood will be one of the final phases of new home construction in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Located at Broadway and Wildcat Reserve Parkway, Backcountry will be a private gated community on the southern border of Highlands Ranch.
Plans are for 223 custom lots built on 400 acres and surrounded by 707 acres of open space. Home prices are expected to start in the mid-upper $400s with custom home starting at $1.5 Million and well over $2 million.
As Broadway crosses Wildcat Reserve Parkway, the street name will change to Stone Mountain Drive and other streets within the community have been named Woodbury Way/Court, Canyonwood Drive/Place/Court, Fox Chase Court/Place, Shadowstone Drive, and Countrybriar Lane.
